As a Sales Development Researcher (part-time, 20 hours per week), you are the driving force behind our lead generation and support our sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our process simulation software dProB. You will analyze market potential and prepare high-quality data for a successful customer approach.
Identification & research of potential clients (architecture firms, construction companies, engineering firms) via various channels
Identification of relevant decision-makers (BIM managers, CAD planners, clients, site managers) and their contact information
Qualification and evaluation of leads based on criteria such as company size, BIM affinity and degree of digitalization
Maintaining and updating lead data in our CRM system
Initial experience in lead generation, market research or sales support, ideally in the B2B software or construction industry environment
Interest in digital technologies and process simulation software as well as a basic understanding of architecture and construction processes
Confident use of research tools & business networks (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company directories, commercial registers)
Analytical thinking and structured way of working to efficiently filter and prepare relevant data
