A NEW ERA OF CONSTRUCTION PLANNING

dProB is construction process simulation software that uses state-of-the-art gaming technology to plan construction projects virtually, identify conflicts at an early stage, and optimize processes. The result: fewer planning errors, shorter project times, and greater cost certainty.

Areas of application

Our simulation software supports construction projects in all areas—from initial planning to efficient implementation. Realistic processes and visual representations give you complete transparency and a better basis for decision-making.

What moves your project forward

Plan, detect, decide

Realistic
4D simulation

Accurately map construction times and processes and easily try out different planning options.

Visual conflict-detection

Identify collisions and scheduling conflicts early on — before problems arise on the construction site—
and visualize them in real time.

Success stories that speak for themselves

Our software is already being used successfully in numerous projects—from complex large-scale construction sites to innovative special structures. Here you will find a selection of projects where our solutions have ensured smooth processes, precise planning, and measurable results.

Noise barrier — INROS LACKNER SE

To build a noise barrier, a simple BIM model with site plan and area planning was transferred to the simulation software dProb. On the basis of 2D planning and 3D model, the construction process and construction method could be clearly presented. For the first time, components and devices were also integrated into the simulation so that bottlenecks and constraints became visible. This transparency gave the project team a clear basis for communication and coordination on construction work.

Lockdown validation ABS38 —
Kirchweidach, German Rail

The complex floating and lowering process was the focus of attention during the construction of the Löringhoff bridge. With the help of digital models, geometric collisions, such as when turning the bridge on the embankment, could be identified at an early stage and resolved together with the project team and subcontractors. The downpipes and supports were particularly critical during lowering on lifting presses. Digital trial construction made the construction process much safer, increased transparency, and facilitated communication with all parties involved. In addition, the visualization made an important contribution to public relations.

Löringhoff bridge — POC, Bunte

The construction of the Löringhoff bridge focused on the complex process of swimming and lowering. With the help of digital models, geometric collisions, such as when turning the bridge on the embankment, could be identified at an early stage and resolved together with the project team and subcontractors. The issues of downpipes and supports were particularly critical when lowering onto lifting presses. Digital trial construction made the construction process significantly safer, increased transparency and facilitated communication with all parties involved.
In addition, visualization made an important contribution to public relations.

Frequently asked questions

Here you will find answers to the most important questions about our products, their use and all topics relating to licenses and billing.
What is included in a DPROB beta subscription?
Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. Our friendly team will work with you to get you up and run as soon as possible.
Are there student licenses for dProb?
Yes, we offer student licenses for DProb. In order for students to have access, a decision maker at the university must contact our support team to verify the university. After activating the university email domain, all students can register with their university email address and use the software. It is also possible to obtain individual student licenses. Please contact our support here.
How is the software integrated into my existing system?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we'll refund you the difference already paid.
Which interfaces are supported?
Geometries can be imported via IFC and FBX, track axes via DXF and LandXML, images in PNG and JPG formats, and schedules in CSV format. Exporting to CSV format is also supported.
