Project Manager for Construction Projects
What awaits you
As a project manager you keep an eye on our customer projects and a team of around 10 process engineers. You decide who works on which project and when, lead the customer conversations around that, and make sure individual simulations add up to a completed project for the customer.
Our simulation is more than a visualization: change a single lever and the whole plan adjusts with it. We are building something entirely new here — our own software for a service that did not exist in this form before. You are involved from the start as we open up that field together, which is a rare chance to genuinely shape things from the front.
In concrete terms:
- You lead the customer meetings and are the central point of contact for our customers throughout the project.
- You help write proposals and coordinate them with the team.
- You plan capacity within the team, even when two customers are pushing at the same time.
- You make sure our process engineers keep developing their skills and grow into their role.
Project management is still a young role here and much of it is only just being built. You bring your own experience and help shape how we develop our project management processes.
What we are looking for
- Several years of experience as a project manager.
- Experience in construction is a clear plus, not a requirement.
- Strong communication skills, with customers and with your own team alike.
- An appetite for working in a young team that builds a lot itself, and for getting involved beyond your own area when a topic interests you.

Project Manager & Construction Process Simulation Specialist
What awaits you
A clunky job title, isn’t it? We call this role “process engineer” (PE). As a PE you are a specialist in construction processes and the link between our customers’ projects and our simulation software. What we build is more than a visualization: change one lever — a takt time or a resource, say — and the whole plan adjusts with it. That turns your simulation into a genuine steering instrument for our customers.
In concrete terms:
- From construction schedules and planned methods you build a simulation in which customers can change individual parameters and see immediately how the whole plan shifts as a result.
- You discuss the construction process with customers, resolve open questions about takt and logistics, and translate them into the simulation.
- Your feedback from the projects feeds straight into the development of our software, with no detour through tickets or long approval processes.
- We develop the software you work with entirely ourselves, and we are currently rebuilding our own internal processes and tools too. Anyone joining now learns in two places at once.
We are building something entirely new here: our own software for a service that did not exist in this form before. You are involved from the start as we open up that field together, and you can actively help shape it.
What we are looking for
- 3D environments and BIM software are familiar territory for you.
- A background in civil engineering or IT helps but is not required. What matters more is the appetite to get to grips with new tools and solve problems yourself.
- You hold your own in customer conversations with site managers and project controllers just as well as in exchanges with our developers.
- You organize yourself, your projects and your surroundings in a structured way, and with ease.
